Box Hill

Complete site development for three new apartment buildings. The project was the second and final phase of apartments for this development. Completion scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2018.

+ 7,000 cy of structural fill import and placement.

+ 4,000 sf of retaining wall.

+ Approximately 1,300 lf of sanitary sewer.

+ Approximately 700 lf of storm drain.

+ Approximately 1,500 lf of new water main.

+ 8,097 sy of soil cement.

+ 3,746 lf of curb/gutter.

+ 4,666 sy of asphalt.

+ Installation of 3 concrete dumpster pads.
