For nearly 30 years, SEH has benefited from energetic, principled, and creative leaders at its helm. SEH’s executive team brings a diverse set of skills and experience, ensuring a well-rounded perspective on company operations. Although from varied backgrounds, our leaders share a common vision and values; they possess a passion for superior customer satisfaction, a devotion to our clients, and an enthusiasm for strengthening our communities. While we may pour concrete and place asphalt, our real asset isn’t material at all – it’s our people. At SEH, we have created a culture based on trust, work ethic and a genuine passion for what we do. It won’t take long to see why so many of our clients continue to work with us, time and time again.
More than our extensive portfolio, what truly sets us apart from our competition is our people. Their dedication to providing world-class service to our clients, resolve for delivering exceptional work, capacity for innovation and problem solving, and unwavering commitment to improving the communities we serve, not only make SEH Excavating a great place to work, but also a company our clients want to work with.
When we started this business, sustainable construction was something that was separate or added to the traditional building process. Back then educational initiatives helped companies become aware and over time those initiatives gave birth to “green construction companies.” As a site development contractor that focuses on sustainability in every project, it’s just the way we think. On behalf of our clients and partners, we take that responsibility seriously and weave it through all aspects of our end-to-end process. Our commitment to environmental responsibility is ingrained in the way we think, from Pre-Construction Services through completion of the project. It’s an approach we wholeheartedly believe in, on behalf of our clients and partners.
SEH Excavating is committed to safety above all else. To us, no project is successful unless it is built safely. We believe that all accidents are preventable, and through proper planning and training, employee engagement and empowerment, and constant vigilance, we can ensure that everyone leaves the jobsite in the same condition that they arrived.
