Site development for new office building. Project started in fall 2017 and was completed 1st quarter of 2018.

Project Facts:

+ Approximately 10,000 cy of onsite cut to fill.

+ 5 micro bio retention facilities.

+ Approximately 1,600 lf of storm drain.

+ 7,750 sy of stone and asphalt placement.

SHA Improvements Included:

+ Additional 2,500 cy of cut to fill.

+ 300 lf of storm drain.

+ Turn lane off SR140 that included 330 lf of SHA curb,
and 1,100 sy of SHA asphalt placement.

+ New guardrail, signage and striping.
