Canton Crossing II
Retail development in the Canton District of Baltimore city, which was a previous industrial site. The site is being prepped for a future Nordstrom, Petco and fitness center. The project started in January 2018 and is scheduled to be complete by the 4th quarter of 2018.
This site is unique as the storm drainage system is using HDPE electro-fused heat weld piping and structures.
Project Facts:
+ When complete, SEH will have installed approximately 4000 lf of fused and heat welded pipe in sizes ranging from 36″ to 8″ and a total of 43 new structures.
+ Installed 9410 lf of curb and gutter.
+ Placed over 50,000 sy of asphalt.
